Pics from the studio session

I'm pretty happy I didn't screw it up royally. Half-decent for a first try, lots of room for improvement, and I intend to get more of such shoots under my belt. Thanks again to Sharon, who was our wiling model, and Joanne and Kelsey from SLCC, and my wife for being my second shooter. Also props to Andrew for guiding me with the lighting setup for this noob. You can go to my Flickr stream for the entire set, or just enjoy the slideshow.

All shots were done with my 50mm f/1.8 and 85mm f/1.8. I think I've fallen in love with my primes all over again.

I am no expert but from watching america's next top model. i learned the photographer wants to grab the attention of the focus and have a variety shots to choose. I definitely see the working chemistry between the model and the photographer.

Thank you Mike :) She's a co-worker, and great fun to work with. Glada you liked it! I'm still working on improving, and this one has been a great experience.
